The French U-19 Futsal National Team lost in the finale of the “Futsal Week U19 Spring Cup” in a group-stage rematch against current European U-19 Champions Spain. France advanced to the finales after finishing second of group A consisting of Spain (1-5L), Serbia (6-2), Moldavia (10-0), and beating Ukraine 3-3 (5-6 on penalties) in the semi-finales. The tournament was held from June 15-20, 2021 in Porec, Croatia.
